Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of CarShippingCompanies.co (the “site”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

These terms are template content that shows what a live version would cover, and they have not been reviewed by a lawyer; see the note at the top of the page.

The site lists real car shipping companies and links out to their public records, such as their BBB profiles and FMCSA SAFER records, so you can verify them yourself. It does not publish its own star ratings or scores; companies are ordered by factual signals such as BBB accreditation, years in business, licensing, and service breadth rather than by a score.

Cost figures shown on the site are estimates from a simple model, not quotes. Quote requests and contact messages you enter are not sent to any company or to us; submitting one does not create a request, a booking, or a contract with anyone. See the privacy policy for what happens to the information you type.

The site is an information and comparison resource. We are not a carrier, we do not transport vehicles, and nothing on the site is an offer to ship your car. In a live service, any shipping agreement would be between you and the company you choose, and we would not be a party to it.

Information on the site, including guides and cost estimates, is general in nature. It is not legal, financial, or professional advice, and it is not a quote. Always get a written quote and read the contract before you book.

You agree to use the site lawfully. In particular, you agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale without permission.
• Interfere with the site's operation or try to gain unauthorized access to it.
• Submit false, misleading, or abusive content, or impersonate another person or company.
• Use the site to harass others or to promote scams.

You must be at least 18 years old to use features that submit information to us.

The site does not currently accept reviews. If it does in future, you would be responsible for what you submit, it would have to follow our review policy, and you would grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the site. We may remove content that breaks the policy or the law.

The site links to other websites, such as the FMCSA's public carrier lookup. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability. A link is not an endorsement.

The site's text, design, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and share individual pages for personal, non-commercial use, with credit. Other uses need our written permission.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promise that it will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or error free, and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee the quality, price, or reliability of any company mentioned on the site.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the site or from a decision to use a company you found through it. Some places do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

We may update these terms, in particular when the site adds live features such as connected quote and contact forms. The date at the top of the page shows the latest revision. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

The governing law and the place where disputes would be resolved have not been set. They would be specified here before the site goes live.
