Current Status: No Reviews Yet
CarShippingCompanies.co does not yet have its own customer reviews. We have not written, bought, or invented any, and no company profile shows a star rating or review score from us. Where a profile mentions reviews, it points you to the company's live third-party ratings, such as its BBB and Google profiles.
The site does not currently accept review submissions from visitors either — the “write a review” forms are a preview and are not connected to anything yet. Everything below describes the policy that will govern reviews when we start accepting them. It is published now so you can judge the approach before relying on it.
Our Commitment
A review is only useful if it is honest. When real reviews are collected, we intend to publish them under these principles:
- Reviews should reflect a genuine customer experience, good or bad.
- The same rules apply to every company, whether or not it has any relationship with us.
- We will not write, buy, or edit reviews to move a company up or down.
- We explain what we remove and why.
How Reviews Would Be Collected
Once the platform accepts reviews, we expect to gather them in a few ways:
- Direct submission by a customer through a review form on the company's profile.
- An invitation sent after a shipment, where the customer has asked to hear from us.
- Manual submission with supporting paperwork, such as a bill of lading or booking confirmation.
None of these channels is live yet.
Checking That Reviews Are Genuine
The approach is designed to reduce fake or manipulated reviews, though no process can promise to catch all of them:
- Reviewers may be asked for proof of shipment, such as a bill of lading, invoice, or booking confirmation.
- Reviews would be checked for suspicious patterns, such as bursts of similar text or repeated submissions.
- Automated checks would be combined with a manual read before a review is published.
- A review that could not be supported would be clearly labeled as unconfirmed rather than presented as confirmed.
Moderation
Reviews would be read before they appear. We aim to publish honest feedback, including harsh feedback, as long as it follows these rules.
What a review can cover
- The booking and quoting process
- Customer service and communication
- Pickup and delivery, including timing
- Vehicle condition on arrival
- Pricing and fees against the quote
- The overall experience
What is not allowed
- Fake, misleading, or knowingly false statements
- Hate speech, harassment, threats, or abusive language
- Personal information such as phone numbers, email addresses, or home addresses
- Content unrelated to a car shipping experience
- Advertising or promotional content
- Duplicate reviews from the same person about the same shipment
- Content that breaks the law
Company Responses
A listed company would be able to post a public response under a review to add context or explain how it resolved a problem. Responses must be professional and relevant. A company cannot ask us to remove a negative review simply because it disagrees with it. It can ask for removal only when the review breaks the rules above.
Editing or Removing Reviews
We may edit or remove a review when:
- It contains prohibited content.
- We determine it is fake or fraudulent.
- It is a duplicate submission.
- The author asks us to remove it.
We do not remove reviews because a company is unhappy with them or because a company is an advertiser.
No Paid or Incentivized Reviews
Companies cannot offer payment, discounts, free services, or any other incentive in exchange for positive reviews, and we do not accept paid reviews. Reviews are meant to reflect genuine customer experiences. Suspected incentivized reviews would be removed.
Independence
Review handling is separate from advertising. Whether a company advertises with us, and whether any sponsorship exists, has no effect on which reviews are published or on a company's position in our ranking. See our advertiser disclosure and ranking methodology for more.
Reporting a Fake or Inaccurate Review
If you believe a review is fake, inaccurate, or breaks this policy, tell us:
- Note which company and which review it is.
- Describe what is wrong and, if you can, include supporting documents.
- Send it through our contact page using the “Report a suspicious review” topic.
The contact form is not connected to an inbox yet, so a report sent there will not be received.
